Diamond Wire Cutting

Thermotech can now offer their customers diamond wire cutting.
Today the sawing with diamond wires offer almost unlimited possibilities.
By using swivel rolls and wire guide pulleys cuts in any direction and of any kind becomes possible.
All the automatic wire saws are equipped with an automatic cutting force control that provides constantly
the correct wire tension while cutting.

TCU - Thermotech control unit
Thermotech have developed their own digital control system for heat treatment transformers and furnaces. Pre-heat and PWHT can be done simultaneously. The system has a high quality 12 inch touch screen, and integrated 12 zone temperature logging. The different screen views makes it easy to monitor the process graphical or as a controller window. The system will generate a complete heat treatment report (PDF) with company logo with report number ready to be printed out. This will secure the result of the report as it won’t be possible to tamper with it. Wireless network or LAN will easy let you control one or more units from an office, and you will be able to monitor the whole process while it’s running and change parameters. The contactors are replaced by solid state relays to get more accurate temperature control, and to get higher reliability and less maintenance. The unit is be very easy to operate, and will be the first one on the market able to give you such a complete package in one unit.

With extreme accuracy on equipment and skilled personnel, we can carry out refurbish on seal faces such as RTJ, lens ring, and hub profile flages.

Varmebehandling AS

Varmebehandling AS becomes a part of the Thermotech Group.
Varmebehandling AS was purchased by Thermotech AS in 2009. The company has been operating as an independent branch since the takeover.
From 1st of January, 2012, Varmebehandling AS will be part of the Thermotech Group. The new branch will be named Thermotech, avd. øst.
Thermotech avd. øst will deliver the same services and equipment as Thermotech AS. The product range covers heat treatment, on-site machining, and bolt tensioning.
Sale of industry consumables, including glass fibre cloth is also available to the customers.
Henning Omdal has been employed as the department manager of Thermotech avd. øst
